Principal and Founder Natalie leads Pony with equal parts creative instinct and commercial prowess – a craft she’s been honing since childhood. As a kid, she’d ‘help’ her dad on-site in his building and engineering business, sketching plans with felt-tipped pens on his drawing board. Today she’s just as hands-on, from first briefing to final delivery, steering every project’s vision, team and momentum to ensure it’s built for genuine business performance. With more than 20 years in design and construction and over a decade running her own studio, her superpower is translating the needs of growing and established businesses into big-picture strategy, creating environments that work hard and feel exceptional. Known for her infectious spirit and all-in approach, Natalie is the driver and the buzz behind every design journey.

Prudence thrives at the intersection of blue-sky thinking and meticulous detail. As Associate Director, she’s the connective tissue of Pony, working closely with Natalie and the team to align creative and commercial vision with design delivery. With a past life in architecture, Prue spent much of her career with large London practices before finding her way into interiors, where her belief that spaces should feel as great as they function is non-negotiable. A collector of street art (and shoes), with a soft spot for bold colour, rich texture and striking form, Prue’s design eye is never really off the clock.
