At the heart of the tenancy is a central breakout area offering an energising greeting space and place for gathering against the backdrop of the iconic harbour.

Inside the workspace, permeable zone transitions and transparent finishes bounce activity and movement, adding a dramatic contrast to sumptuous soft surfaces.
