From the early stages, the team engaged collaboratively with the Board and management of the venue to create a stunning conceptual package for consideration and further refinement. The concept was built using detailed feedback from member focus groups and strategy direction.
Pony maintained excellent communication throughout the project via on site visitations and video conferencing. We felt our ideas were genuinely considered and workshopped to be incorporated into the design. The team stayed focused throughout the build and participated in regular construction meetings to ensure their vision was being realised. The concept has fit the brief perfectly highlighting country charm and warmth coupled with modern, on trend design elements. The feedback from members and visitors alike has been amazing. Other venue operators have been keenly assessing our success and the venue has been compared to top Sydney venues which is very humbling.
As well, for us, the versatility of the spaces to be able to extend and rationalise dependent on demand has allowed us to create wonderful functions and event opportunities and efficiencies with resources deployment.”
