Pony Design Co. is an interior design studio based in Sydney’s Inner West. We specialise in high-performing spaces across hospitality, retail, wellness and commercial sectors, with a strong focus on integrating business strategy and branding into interior experience.

We’re a small team of five, and we’re always open to meeting designers who might be a fit for the studio down the track.

Future position candidates

We advertise for specific roles as they arise, and each position description varies with experience. That said, the following applies across all roles, regardless of seniority:

• A minimum of two years’ post-graduate experience in hospitality or commercial interior design within Australia. International experience is not counted toward this.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Presentation work is a significant part of this role.
• Strong ArchiCAD skills, highly desirable and a priority across all applications. Revit experience will be considered case by case.
• A personal portfolio demonstrating design and documentation skills, with an aesthetic aligned to Pony’s own.
• Confident hand sketching and visual communication.
• PC based (not Mac).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong written, visual and verbal communication.
• A current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
• A current WHS White Card or Construction Card.

Salary is dependent on experience. Applicants must hold full working rights in Australia at the time of application.
