The Role:
We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Interiors Designer/ Documenter, for a part time contract role.
The role would commence in Late March/ April 2025.
The role would be 2-3 days a week, and candidates must be set up to work as an independent contractor. The intention is that this partnership would be long term and ongoing.
This role would suit a passionate designer who may be re-entering the industry after time off, and seeking part time work. The role would be working from home, with in-studio briefing sessions as required.
You would be working on all stages of a project, from concept design, through to documentation and project delivery, assisting our director and lead designers through all phases behind the scenes.
You will be documenting and assisting with presentations for projects in the retail and hospitality sectors predominantly, and experience in these sectors is essential.
This role is not client facing, but will require you to communicate with external project partners and attend briefing meetings on occasion in our studio in Summer Hill, Sydney- or on project sites.
This role requires someone who has a desire to prove themselves as an indispensable team member.
